All new members of Community Fitness Canberra will receive 1 on 1 training as a part of our endeavour to provide the ultimate health and fitness experience. These sessions are designed to provide you with the skills, technique and education to safely and confidently participate in all our classes. If you have had prior functional fitness experience, ask us about our express intro session!
